The video-grapher that did our town video told me that Wescott is hands down his favorite subdivision in Holly Springs. I asked him what he liked best about it? He said it's the perfect size development that is incredibly thought out. You have the security and community of a subdivision, but yet with the way its laid out with large lots and mature treed buffers and green space, it has such an incredible feel.
I do have to admit, the developer and designer did an incredible job with the subdivision design. With a little over 200 custom homes Wescott is located off Sunset Lake road on the south east side of town. Majority of the homes was built between 2002-2007 by an award winning group of builders.
With names like Robuck, Triangle Inc, Legacy Custom Homes, J. Wayne Massengill Builders, McDuffie builders and many more of Raleigh's best builders. The homes range from 2,500-4,300 sf ranging from $345-$650K. If this is a range that you are looking I would highly recommend taking a look here. Only bad thing you can see below in the sold data how few homes come up for sale in here.
Wescott does have an Home Owners Association that helps pay for the maintenance of the common grounds and also an incredible community pool and bath house. The fee currently is $150 a quarter and managed by Professional Property Management of Raleigh.
